My aunt has a dog named Stitch,
Who loves to run through the ditch.
She likes to sleep the day away,
But when she wakes she’s ready to play.
She barks and scares the squirrels away,
And sometimes she listens when she’s told to “Stay!”
Her favorite toy is a squeaky hedgehog,
She even carries it when she goes for a jog.
She has a furry friend named Max,
But sometimes her manners are a little lax.
Some days my aunt brings her to my home,
I sure do wish Stitch was my very own!
